In loving memory

Tess Rosenbush

1974-2021

Teresa Elena Montalvo Rosenbush, aka Tess was a rare healer. Trained in  Ayurvedic and Tibetan medicines, she healed many with her  compassionate presence,  skilled hands, and nourishing foods.
As the better half of Gunanatha, Tess co-created the clinic  with Eric in 2010. She shared the practice, treating patients, making medicines, and organizing courses until her passing in 2021.

ABOUT TESS

Having a keen interest in healing plant medicines and yogic lifestyle, Tess naturally leaned toward the holistic science of Ayurveda early on.  By incorporating these ways in her own life and seeing profound results, she took this as her path of service and life practice to share with others.

From 1998, Tess began her study of Ayurveda in the US and India, working as a clinician and panchakarma therapist. Later, she learned and integrated Tibetan Medicine into her practice.

She founded Gunanatha alongside her husband Eric, where she practiced Ayurveda and Tibetan medicine and organized courses.

Tess was active member of the Dunagiri Foundation.  One of her great passions, she frequently spent extended time working in Himalayan villages with farmers and growing high altitude plant medicines.  She worked as a practitioner at Dunagiri’s Samata Clinic in Goa, India, and managed the Amrita Kitchen and organic farm.

Loved and healed by so many, Tess is dearly missed.
